What a pleasant experience. The owners are hands on, knowledgeable and super pleasant. This was my first time here and will most likely be my regular pool supply store. Store is nicely setup, organized and clean.

I count on these people. For years I went to my own pool which was fine. They were perfect and on the mark with every water testing. I’ve never really had any major problems. I had to switch to having them service my pool and again, never disappointed. I know they are super busy getting things ready for everybody and I actually called them and the owner came over . He was also training, and I was really impressed. Anthony is remarkable as are all their employees. I don’t know how other Pinch a Penny’s app right but I know how this one does and I will never stray!

New to Florida and to owning a pool. Went to Pinch a Penny to get chemicals and Janak and team were amazing. They were helpful, informative and gave us some great advice...no pressure. Decided to get a rail installed so my elderly parents can enjoy the pool. Janak came with the rail, discussed the best placement and installed it that day. The service was great, the product placement was perfect and knowing we have a great team down the street who will help us learn about our pool is priceless! I am so happy we found this store and team!
