So it's been a long time since I have used shoes for crews. The overall experience was pretty good. I paid for overnight shipping but the shoes took three days to arrive. Other than that issue at the time of ordering, the customer service has been spot on. Fast forward 45 days or so, and the shoes I purchased are starting to come apart. Knowing they only have a 30 day return policy I called to see what could be done. They are going to replace the shoes. I know they didn't have to accommodate my exchange because it's outside their 30 day window but they did and because they did that they have gained a customer for life, and we are gonna start using their services in the hotel I work for. Good job shoes for crews.

To preface, this isn’t about the location. However, it is about the company. I ordered shoes from shoes for crews 2 weeks ago and when the order was confirmed it stated the shoes should be here within 5-7 business days. But here I am 2 weeks later and I still haven’t received the shoes. I was anticipating them coming with enough time for me to have them for my restaurant’s grand opening, but they just simply weren’t here. Every day I would check the arrival date of the package and each day it would be pushed back. Finally on both the company website and fedex website it says they’ll be at my house by Friday august 19 between 9-11AM but here I am after work again at 4 pm coming home to no package delivered. That being said, I don’t even know if these shoes are going to fit me and if they don’t, I’m going to have to wait even longer to receive something that should’ve come a lot faster. So if you’re relying on these shoes for work, I wouldn’t recommend getting them less than a week ahead of your start date.

Loved this company prior to 2021....since last year shoes that supposed to be wide still is tight...had that issue returned the shoe ordered another one( exchange) ...few days later got an email stating they sent a check minus a fee...I called an explained I wanted to change the style...Rep said they tried to charge the difference but declined so they decided to give a refund.....WHAT?????....my online purchases has to be authorized ...so just trying to charge my card without my knowledge will not work...I am truly done with this company....lost a customer for $6.95....

I have had pleasant experience. Work in a kitchen. My only complaint is that the style I wear although comfortable, don't last long.
