One of the hardest companies to get in touch with. We rented with them for two years and could hardly get a response on issues or problems that came up. All of the techs are very nice and genuine, but the maintenance coordinator flat out will not respond to multiple emails until you push your way through a call with a property manager that can contact him for you (IF the property manager even responds or answers their phone). Major issues kept occurring with our yard where we kept asking for someone to take care of weed growth (because it was in our lease that the owner take care of it) and we kept getting either told that it was our responsibility or ghosted with not even a basic response saying an email was received. Now, after all that time we spent at the house, we have moved out to find that getting in touch with them after you finish your lease is even harder than when you're a tenant. I have been trying through calls, emails, and Realty Medics website requests to get a response from either the property manager, move out inspector, or the security deposit dispute manager. None are responding. This company seems to have a habit of not responding when information is requested of them. I'm sure they'd expeditiously respond to owners, but they are highly dismissive of any tenant needs. They also inflate their Google ratings by asking people to create Google reviews prior to actually living in their rental properties. Their customer service is decent UNTIL you become a resident to which you're no longer talking to the kind and responsive lease managers and instead you're talking solely to your property manager that seems to have plenty of better things to do than listen to any concerns you have. Not to mention the fact that our property manager changed 4 to 5 times while we were in our house and we weren't even notified of the change. I now have about $450 being taken out of my security deposit and no one from this company has been willing to send me the pictures of proof of damages or give me any explanation as to why there is an $100 service charge tacked onto it. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT become a tenant with this company.

Do not hire these people. They partner with home repair companies and get a cut every time they hire them. They will try to scam you of your money and they do a horrible job responding. You have to wait several days for a "dedicated account manager" to reply. They've stolen over $400 after requesting permission to go over the $250 limit. I clearly replied with a "No" to the repair within 2 hours. They chose to violate the contract and go through with the repair.
