Scheduler incorrectly inputted my insurance when I booked my appointment for Infectious Disease specialist. I was referred by the emergency room to followup ASAP with a specialist. They said everything was good so I drive an hour in rush hour traffic from Maryland, park and pay 10$ in a parking deck, haul my 16 month old toddler in a stroller, navigate through their maze of a building, and check in only for them to say my insurance was out of network...and no option to self pay being a Medicaid patient...I'm pregnant with a undiagnosed 4 week long fever and now have to wait until November to see a different infectious disease specialist. Hope I make it that long. Severely ddisappointed.

I honestly regret coming here to get a foot issue resolved. It took four (yes, four) appointments to get an MRI after they were cancelled or rescheduled on me with no notice, the billing department refused to amend a billing code issue that my insurance backed me up on, and every appointment was so rushed, the issue at hand was completely ignored. I went to another doctor for a second opinion, and not only was I given more attention in one appointment than I was in the several I had here, he retook my xrays to find out I had a broken bone that needed removal. And yet here, despite overpaying for both an xray and MRI, this issue was missed. I was only told my first xray was "fine". I spent months in pain that I didn't need to be in, if only this practice gets its act together, and also overhauls a billing department that priced me out of timely treatment needlessly. There is only one star here because I am not allowed to put zero.

This review is not for the doctors/nurses, which are great at all the locations I’ve been to. The billing department here is downright awful. They incorrectly billed me for an annual well check, which is supposed to be fully covered. Should be an easy fix, you would think. Well no. It has been “under review” for the past three months. Each person I call says something else. They had a manager call me who wasn’t able to do anything and told me to just keep waiting. Last time I called the man said they serve many people, well they are either short staffed or grossly incompetent. It should not take three months to make a simple fix on a bill. Last time they said a manager would call but nobody did. So now I have to call them every week or so to follow up because they never do, and keep getting told to wait and wait. Do better.

I did not receive notice my doctor was retiring until my pharmacy called to indicate they could no longer fill my prescriptions (apparently they sent a letter in the mail i didn't receive). When I called to see if another physician could fill the basic but important prescription, the answer was no and when I asked why not, the person helping me hung up. Terrible patient service and willful lack of accountability.

All this Robert dude does is complain on every body's page. Then when another person has a legit answer he types CALL in under their answer. Meanwhile questions like this show who's really to lazy. Im willing to bet he is married to a Karen. Hahaha
