Staff is courteous and the food is good. The management during the lunch rush, however, is very bad. Rude manager who yelled at customers and staff and offered us the wrong order 3 times.

As long as the current business owner, Florian Pfahler, is in charge, expect your sandwich to come with a side of religious and/or disability discrimination. Neither myself nor anyone I associate with will frequent this overpriced, small-portioned, pithy “sandwich” shop again. I would think twice before going if I was anyone with a sense of morality. #HatefulBretzel

If you are looking for an authentic German pretzel forget this place. The dough isn't right and the pretzels are too soft. Also, the pretzel we just got there at 10am was stale and tasted like it was from last night. If any bakery in Swabia would dare to sell a pretzel like that they would be out of business soon.
