I had the most horrible experience ever at this place. DO NOT stay here. We got to orlando at around 11:45 pm, when we got to our room at 12 am, we noticed that it was FILTHY. There was this brown water around the sink, the toilet didn’t work, there was dirt on the bed and the was a roach. After looking at the restroom we decided that we would not be staying there and had to call different hotels at 12 am trying to find a place to stay because that place was just gross and unsanitary. Now, on top of that, when we got down to the reception aside from having to call several times and wait 30 min and for the attendant to show up, this person, who I can describe as a tall, older male with a grey-haired beard, proceeded to yell at me about how he would not give me a refund, he would not let me talk, accused us of having used the facilities because the bed was unmade (yes we sat on the bed, then checked to find out there was dirt on it), and then he just SHUT THE WINDOW ON MY FACE. This man was extremely disrespectful and just left me standing there at 1 am with NO answers and no clue what to do. We didnt even get to give our keys back. He just shut the door in our face. Now, I will report this hotel to the DBPR, the health department and I will file a formal complaint to the BBB. This place is gross, unsanitary and a HEALTH RISK. I’d attach pictures but I dont have the option.

Stayed here 2 months let me tell you roaches everywhere from babies to full grown contacted front desk they send someone with store bought roach killer never seen a professional pest control company reached out several times to customer service and front desk and nothing I filed a case with health dept and central Florida lodging association as of now I suffer from sleep issues due to the fact I still am worried about roaches climbing on me while I am sleeping before this I had no issues I have disputed the charges with my credit card company since no one wants to offer any compensation this place needs to be shut down and tented to have the whole building exterminated please these reviews the bad ones are very true

Filthy place, infested with cockroaches, smells bad and with very bad service. I made the reservation and checked in. Upon entering the room, I felt like vomiting. There were cockroaches on the bed, in the bathroom, in the kitchen and everywhere. I didn't spend two minutes there. Unfortunate.

ROACHES!!! That’s who greeted me in my room. I wasn’t even checked in for 10 minutes & had to leave. I have an autistic son with severe OCD & there’s no way I would bring my child to this place. Booked it for a month & couldn’t stay & couldn’t find any other place to stay.
