room 340 smelled disgusting - thick cigarette smoke aroma. ants everywhere. we requested a different room but was told they were sold out. had we not arrived late for event (traffic) we would not have checked in. the only good thing was front desk person Jasmine. NEVER AGAIN! outhad we not arrived late to town

My husband and I tried to check in at 4pm and they didn't have a room ready that was supposed to be ready by 3pm

I just stayed there at the Extended stay America in April and , Tonya and her staff were great ! We were working very long hours so we were not the much , but when we were they staff was on top of everything we needed , and Tonya is makeing a big difference at that Extended stay America 😊😜
This is the one that is close to the Holiday Inn Express and they offer breakfast until 10am in the entrance lobby and the transport to the parks should ask in frontdesk because it has certain hours, its attention is good and they are located very well
Cereals, bagels, waffles, muffins, granola, toast, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juices, and milk.
No pool no fitness center. There is another ESA down the street and you can use their pool.
