Nice inside but the Black woman at the front desk was outwardly rude. I came in yesterday to get a library card (I didn't not qualify because I had a mailing address on my id which I had just purchased from UPS instead of my residential address. I just moved to florida 2 months ago and still getting things together) and she ridiculed me and treated me as if I was some sort of criminal. Not only that but she called another staff woman over and proceeded to talk about me in my face. I just got my kids and left. I have no plans of returning somewhere I don't feel comfortable. Why would she ever think that was ok???

My husband and I went in, realized it was about a half hour to close. The two sweet ladies at the desk still helped us with smiles and friendly attention. Thank you!

I hate to spell someone’s name wrong, she just told me. Im not sure if her name is Loella or something like that, but however you spell it she was an angel. Tallest lady in the front. Very wonderful person. She helped me with the quickness when I asked, and never gave up on what I needed done until we got it figured out. Thank you so much to her!
