My 12-year-old son had an appointment at 12:45. He arrived early checked in and said he had an appointment. He messaged me at 1:20 and said the person he was supposed to be with is with somebody else. I drove to the salon he still was not back there getting his haircut and apparently the girl that was going to cut his hair was at the counter and was extremely flippant and was like I didn’t know that he was here. Not a single employee handled the situation nor did they apologize for the fact that he sat there and waited all that time and nobody took him back for his appointment. This is not the first time he has gone there by himself for an appointment. He actually does this frequently. There is no excuse for them treating him any less than an adult paying customer. He had checked in and they just let him sit there waiting. And again not a single apology from anyone. And the hairdresser was very very rude about it. You could tell she did not care. Her name was Mickey.. I’m more disappointed in the fact that not a single person came to the counter to assist us to resolve the matter that he had been sitting there for 40 minutes past his appointment time with no explanation from any of the stylists. And then she spent less than 15 minutes to wash and cut his hair.
