Hotel well located, but very dirty even paying 30 dollars to clean it. The cleaning is terrible, full of fur and hair in the rooms, the air conditioning stinks! I do not recommend especially for those who suffer from rhinitis !!

The room is really nice but I took off my shoes and socks and my feet got really really dirty so I don't think they clean the floor is very well

The staff was all fantastic super nice! The rooms were very very clean and a big space for a family of 5! The heated pool and hot tub was great and my kids loved it! It was very close to Universal and seaworld which was great because that's why we were down there. Alot to do around it within walking distance! Highly recommend!

Been staying here 8 years in a row.!!! stay as always very pleasant .Vanessa and the front desk staff is ALWAYS very attentive polite and takes care of all of your needs. Rooms and beds are nice and cozy with nice kitchens. The price is very reasonable and the location os SUPERB......drico lee

Yes there is washing machine and dryer but you need to do your own Laundry and they do have a small workout room with a couple of machines in there
The double room suites also have a pull out double sofa bed in the living room.
I don't believe they provide stair gates but if that would keep the 2 year old in the room, wouldn't the door be sufficient?
Microwave and electric hob ,fridge , and dish washer , not sure if the microwave was a combination oven , hope this helps
Hi, the hotel does have free transport to the disney parks however it is only travel to magic Kingdom and epcot, I believe you can access the other parks from these 2 parks but i haven't tried it. We just used uber and lyft to get to all the parks as you need to book your slots on the bus 24hrs in advance. We just found the uber and lyft more convenient.

Thomas, that sounds like a great idea to send to a post office. I live overseas so I have never sent to a post office before. Will Amazon deliver to a post office and will I get notification that it arrived? And James, about calling up Sonesta is also a good idea but I am visiting Panama right now and arriving to Sonesta in a few days and wanted to do some online shopping before arriving and have no way of calling the States from my phone. I sent them an email but never heard back.
