I came inside today around noon to order a kid's meal with a side of broccoli for my daughter. After the food was cooked and they were ready to serve the food, I saw the kitchen guy accidently knocked over the bowl of broccoli on the counter. (The counter in which they push all the containers out for the staff to serve) He immediately placed the bowl on the edge of the counter and scooped the broccoli back into the bowl, which is ridiculous, unsanitary and unacceptable. I did not want my daughter to eat spilled food so I immediately told the staff what I saw (politely) and requested for a new one. To my surprise, the kitchen guy threw a tantrum after the staff told him that I wanted a new broccoli made bc the previous was spilled. The staff calmed him down for his temper and I did not receive any apologies for the situation and his behavior. I left feeling uncomfortable and confused as if it was my fault for catching that and requesting for another bowl of broccoli after it has been spilled. I also could not understand why the kitchen guy was throwing a tantrum as if he could not understand that it is unsanitary to put back spilled food to the container. It is honestly such a small issue to fix, the new broccoli took 2 mins to come out, what was the bad attitude all about?? I have been a loyal customer of this place as it is easy to order kid’s meal but after what happened today, I’m really disappointed and do not think will be coming back.

The noodles are here are really goo and there are free refills for any drinks! It’s a great place to have lunch with friends

Went to Noodles and Co yesterday. We live in South Florida and don't have the luxury of a close location. We were greeted by a friendly employee. Jeff went above and beyond to help us have a good experience. My orange chicken was not my favorite of their meals, I should have gotten a large portion of the Wisconsin Mac. My wife had her favorite, the Pad Thai.
