Don’t hesitate if your rug needs cleaning or repair; everything about this experience was perfect . My large rug was picked up on time and delivered in two weeks as promised. I had it cleaned, a corner of the fringe reattached and the edges serged. The crew and office staff are great. I’m so glad I chose Zakian; my 30 year old magic carpet looks beautiful!
