Not pleased. The merger feels like a huge failure for the consumer. I live an hour away. Can't solve anything over the phone. Been there three times with issues. Still having issues and now I see all these fees!! Not a problem, they've motivated me to find a local credit union. I was trying to support my FDACS family but I have to draw the line somewhere. People will only tolerate so much for so long.

Long time member 10+ years and before the merger I loved this Credit Union, post merger this credit union leaves A LOT to be desired. Mobile banking took a huge step backwards, the customer service when you call into the Bay office is subpar at best. Overall not a good experience anymore.

Yet another day of trying to check my account and everything showing as, "unavailable" with no explanation. Ever since they merged with Bay Credit Union, they don't respond to inquires and have constant maintenance with no warning on off hours when no one is available to contact. Looks like I'll be spending my Sunday hoping that all of my money is still as it should be even though I am unable to check it...

Good luck getting a hold of anyone at this credit union. Ever since they made the change to “Bay Credit Union” it’s got bad. For 2 weeks I tried to get someone to help me with the new online bank system no one could ever seem to find out my problem so therefore I could never get online to check any of my accounts. When I did get in touch with “Mary” she tried for one day then never returned any calls or messages. Not to mention you try and call it just rings if someone does pick up it’s then “Bay Credit Union” and they try to transfer you to “Flag Credit Union” but the call gets disconnected. It’s a shame cause my family has dealt with this bank for years but they have now lost my business.
