I very very seldom will leave a bad review for anything, but this is definitely an exception. I ate here two weeks ago on a Sunday and while I don't expect much at Ihop, this was the worst I've ever been to. The waitress largely ignored us, never did bring my hot cocoa, and left us without a refill the entire time. Plus we were there for like an hour and a half (we didnt want to be). It took 20min to get our bill once I found the waitress and asked. It was the first time in 20 years that I didn't leave a 20% or higher tip. Maybe it was an off day but I would never go there again myself.
