Awesome alternative to hotel stays. The rates are very similar. You get a lot more for your buck! Get a full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, modern stove, dishwasher it comes equipped with all the necessities. Cough pot can opener washer dryer. Also has high speed internet, cable TV and nice patio with chairs full bath. You only negative factor I could find was that the furniture was not really designed for disabled for older people. It sits really low to the ground. Other than that, this is fantastic considering what you pay to stay in a little tiny hotel room and in this case you get almost the full house. They have locations all over the country. It's an impressive Christina alternative to hotels. Please excuse the mess in the photos. We were having our house fumigated and had to bring a lot of stuff over from home so it was kind of scattered everywhere.

Questions & Answers

Do you have to be 55+ to stay here?

Kristen Knight | Oct 13, 2019
Shannon Kae | Oct 13, 2019

No you don't have to be 55+ but no kids at all and they will accept some people 40+ but be careful be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing from the front office!! We lived there 13 months then one say we get a call and they rented our lot to someone else and we had to be out in 2 hours!! I wanted to call the police and make them evict us but since the spit was paid for by my husband's company he didn't want that mess so it cost us ALOT OF MONEY to move that fast. So get everything in writing.

Do you have a promotion for a week in April? If so how much for 7 days April 12 to April 19th?

Johanne Boulet | Oct 13, 2019
Shannon Kae | Oct 13, 2019

Good luck, they only take people for a year or more now. They actually made us move in one day after 6 months there with absolutely no issues, with no notice because we weren't signed up for a year. It's a nice place but they aren't very nice. I have friends who still live there who are trying to relocate because of the 2 women in the office! Anyway good luck!

how much to rent ?

robert warren | Oct 13, 2018
MaShell Holt | Oct 13, 2018

Yes, they do rent here. I live here now. They are charging me for a fully furnished 1 bed room 1 bath $1000 + electric. But they are SMALL! Good temporary place but not no more than a year for me. Too many people coming an going, its more like a vacation stay spot for Northerners, that's who gets the majority of the attention here. I have been shopping around this week and finding double wides 2/2 for much cheaper. Shop around, I feel I am really getting screwed after starting to look around at much nicer parks with the same or lower rent for double wide mobile homes. But, I was in need after moving here from Daytona Beach for my job and they knew I was in need. No bath tub, shower only, I am a small person an I barely fit in the shower. Good luck.
