Rent is cheap but if you get an issue it can take upwards of a year to fix, currently on 13 months of a leaking roof. Although it is nice having a shower in the living room when it rains. This isn’t a place rain is supposed to come in. Had to fix the toilet issue and shower issues myself but unfortunately the floor is soft in the bathroom because I didn’t just fix it last year even though I’ve told maintenance. It’s September by the way.

Do not recommend this place. I'd never live here if I had a choice. Seriously .

Quiet little park very affordable and homely clean units and the management and staff are very friendly and polite.

It is under new manager so it's getting a lot better

There's definitely pets allowed there as for the rest of your questions you would probably have to go to the office I don't think the management there is the online type
In the park it's $200/wk. - electric, water/sewer, garbage and basic (?) cable included.
I believe so, talk to Tom in the office
I know that there are a few trailers open I'm not sure if they've already been rented out my advice to you is to come down Tuesday through Friday between 10:00 and 3:00 and talk to somebody
They don't do lot rental. Only unit rental.
I was there the other day visiting and it looked to have a couple empty trailers
Its a weekly place with thr own places its not a rv park . u can check Avalon its close by
Not at the moment but people come and go
As far as I know Palm Village is the lowest costing mobile home park anywhere in Pinellas County. Other than that, the previous comment is correct.
There should be me and my husband just moved out of there last Friday there was five of them available they're open Tuesday through Saturday sometimes they pick up the phone sometimes they don't they're always out and about doing stuff in the park you may have to go there hope this help have a blessed day
Walsingham Elementary is the school for this area they will catch the bus right behind the trailer park it is an early release School so the kids should be home around 2 but they had to catch the bus at 6:30 in the morning
If, as far as there is still to rent the light, it belongs to the park, I do not know the name of the light company and the deposit for the rent depends on the date and the way you charge.
It's open but the are no trailers open
yes there should be they are open Tuesday through Saturday
There are some small campers all the way up to full size trailers with full pop outs.
They have little trailers and TVs to rent year round
375$ move in then its 200 a week
It's $200 per week works out to $800 a month. It is a nice little pool and basic cable is included
They are in and out of office through day. Leave a message. Management will return your call as soon as they can.
There should be openings have to call the office they're open from Tuesday to Saturday
Office opens in the morning @ 10, speak with Dawn (Park/Resident Mgr.) about availability/wait list.
Yes it is and well worth it.
Not quite sure about that. The Office is closed on Sundays/Mondays, will open tomorrow (Tuesday) at 10 a.m. - speak with Dennis (Resident Mgr.) or Dawn (Asst Mgr.). Both are very nice and professional.
Depends on your needs but it's nothing but drunks and the management is bad as well.
