We visited a friend there. 99% were very nice to us. Very friendly. The other 1% didn't say anything. That's OK. We felt welcomed. People at the pool were great.

I am looking to Buy a 2/2 or a 3/2. I have a 2.5 yr old boy and a blk lab. I would be moving from TN and am only 38.. Is this even plausible for us or is it strictly 55+?

You have to check with Oakcrest mobil home park at 8 going to see if they have any rentals for that time
