The toilet tank top was on the floor and toilet didn't flush very well. There were used q-tips on the floor, so unsure of cleaning quality. Looked old, but shower was the best EVER!! However, Abba in the breakfast nook was AMAZING!! She earned all of the 5 stars for her service.

Part of this property is a more modern hotel building, but part is a very dated motel. Unfortunately, our room was in the motel part, which was dated and a bit on the dirty side, nothing like you see in the picture. The staff was nice and breakfast was nice. But we paid a Best Western price for a Days Inn experience. There should be more transparency about the difference between the newer hotel rooms and the older motel rooms, and they should be priced differently to reflect the difference in quality.

My friend traveling with me had medical episodes. They helped with her and I was so appreciative. Could not have done it without them. Nice rooms. But I don't recommend the KFC next door. Rude manager twice and it definitely was not the quality the KFC management needs to address!

Might as well save your money and stay at a motel. The whole point of staying at a Best Western (similar to why many ppl like chain restaurants/Starbucks) is that it should be low risk in that you should know exactly the level of quality you're signing up for. I've stayed in many Best Westerns across the US and am usually pretty happy with the cost to quality ratio. Not here. The rooms are motel rooms (your door opens outside into a parking lot). The gym had no dumbbells, a broken treadmill, and a broken water cooler (+ broken glass on the mirror). The shower never got warmer than luke warm. The beds and pillows were fine but the room itself was motel quality with cracks in the walls and whatnot. Why did I pay $200 to stay in a crummy motel? Motel 6 is ~$70. This place should not be allowed to slap a Best Western logo on it. Do not recommend.
