When we first arrived our original room did not have A/C but they quickly got us a new room. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Location was perfect for us. Only issue is no free breakfast on site. But they have a restaurant with good staff.

A hotel that is out of pillows and the front desk with attitude. To start, this hotel was the recommended for OKC pop culture con. I am a vendor for this convention and am already spending a pretty penny just to sleep for a few hours. Stepped out to check into the hotel, and bikers were standing right next to the front door smoking. Then when I went to the front desk, the little girl behind the front desk had some kind of attitude from the get go, smacking on her gum and not even politely handing me my card back, she just sat it down on the counter instead of just taking the two seconds to hand it back to me. She put me in a room all the way in the back on the second floor, not asking if I had a preference on which floor. Then later about 8:40pm, I called down from my room to ask for more pillows because they just go flat and have no support. She proceeded to tell me they did not have any extra pillows, I doubt it. Personally I think she didn't want to do any extra work. This hotel is not worth the price, and mediocre at best. Will not be staying again. Go somewhere else and spend the same amount for something nicer. I travel a lot for personal and work trips. I have never stayed at such a terrible holiday inn before today. Now on top of everything the AC is not keeping up with the room. I am so done with this garbage hotel. I have to keep adding onto this review because of how awful this place is. It is 11pm at night and parents are letting their kids yell and scream all around, on top of adults being loud and yelling. Truly the worst experience ever.

Honestly if I could put zero stars I would! The 2 queens suite was like a dungeon. Got moved to a new room no problem. But as I was checking the bed skirts do not get changed, I doubt the sheets do because when I was looking I found a Walmart bag with beef jerky in it behind my mattress. If you were changing the bedding you would not have missed it so that’s why I think they do not change the bedding. Behind my mattress was all kinds of white power on my box spring and where my daughter was sleeping behind her bed the floor was CAKED with the substance. Her bed skirt looked like someone had chili on their hands and wiped it on the skirt because it was chunky and hard still. The walls had splattered food on it. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. We stayed for 2 nights and the second night we come back we couldn’t get into my room and they said they had canceled and refunded me. I told them I didn’t have anyone cancel it and even if I did I don’t have anything showing me I have a refund. On top of that we were gone ALL DAY and I told her even if it was canceled ALL OF OUR STUFF IS IN THAT ROOM. So that shows they hadn’t even touched our room for cleaning and out beds were not made or anything. Please do not waste your money here! Also! I ALWAYS use Holiday Inn and I’ve never had a problem till I stayed at this location.

Great location. We had a uhaul truck and the large well lit parking lot was convenient and safe. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. They have a good restaurant in house so you don't need to leave the property. They do got a large pet park. The ops manager is a great asset and value to the brand
