Parking is rough! But, the staff was very kind, helpful, and flexible. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the staff. The room met all my expectations. Was well worth the price.

Excellent customer service, extremely clean. Parking wasn’t ideal as they ran out valet parking, so I had to park across the street. There’s a parking garage, but it’s $20 for each entrance. I will definitely return to stay at this hotel if I’m back in the area.

Everyone was great. The staff was so friendly. They have valet (parking isn't the best, recommend spending the $25 to valet and not have to worry about it). The hotel is right across from several bars/clubs, but the rooms are so quiet. No noises from neighbors, no noises from the street. Bed was comfortable but the pillows aren't comfortable--they flatten way to easily and are small pillows (and you only get 2 each). Our room had a big shower (although I did find it odd that the clean towels are stored inside the shower). The hot tub is spacious and the pool was nice. Only complaint I had wasn't necessarily their fault, but was still something that needed addressed: we booked through Priceline. Priceline said in the booking that breakfast was included, which was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Well. It's not. They have a restaurant. The cold bar (cereal, etc) was $10 and if you wanted cooked food it was $16. Not crazy high, but unexpected because we were expecting it to be free.

I'm a Hilton Diamond Member. The good:. Very clean, well maintained property conveniently located. Lobby is large, nice and relaxing. Beds were good and supportive. The bad: the hotel is trying to get your money at every corner. No free coffee after breakfast hours, the shower was cold for the first 3 days because the maintenance people set temperature stops to conserve hot water. The parking garage which has company logos all over it changes the cost of parking depending on what events may be happening. They will randomly raise prices just to take more of your money. You must pay before entering the garage. Sometimes $10, sometimes $15, sometimes $20. Valet is $25/night. Ridiculous. Other downtown hotels have parking, but Hilton Garden Inn is trying to find another to take your money. Management doesn't care. Stay somewhere else!

Good morning Kelly. Unfortunately, we do not have an airport shuttle. You most economical way to get to our hotel is using Uber. Thanks
They have a few. Don't know what floors.
