Fantastic hotel just a few miles from the stockyard city for an astonishingly low price. The rooms were perfect and as clean as they could be with a nice spacious shower. Included breakfast was great with hot food and plenty of choice. The hotel also has a pretty design.

Seemed clean overall and enjoyed the whimsy decor and eco-friendly amenities. Needs some TLC, doors need to be repainted and need more help with services. Waited over 15 minutes for someone to check us in and breakfast service was lacking. I would use again for the price but not thrilled!!

We exclusively stay at Hilton properties and usually they are very consistent. We understand that Tru is their value priced brand and we’ve had good stays. This property was not entirely up to Hilton standards. While the room was very clean, the laminate on the tv stand was half ripped off, the blinds were crooked and the remote back kept falling off. The ladies on the night front desk weren’t overly friendly. We’re Gold members and check in was quick but it was like pulling teeth just to get one water. Breakfast was adequate. Really liked the options for the oatmeal and pancakes. They were both very good. However, the coffee was very weak. I could actually see through the liquid. It was a quick stop and the bed was comfortable, it’s just that this property just didn’t have the consistent standards we usually see.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. The receptionists are kind, professional, and make you feel very welcome. Rooms are clean and the hotel in general is quiet, plus the location is awesome! Will definitely be back if I need a room in OKC in the future!
