Decent, clean hotel for business travel but I've stayed in better for the money.

I would like to start by apologizing if I butcher the name of the guy that works over night. Our experience staying here was a 10/10. I believe his name was Walid and it may have been the best experience I’ve had staying at a hotel (and I travel a lot and stay at 15+ hotels monthly). Not only was he professional, but he was understanding, very helpful and has a great since of humor. He was able to get us into a room after hours of no luck with other hotels and it being well past midnight. The room passed our expectations with cleanliness and was overall perfect. With what started as a terrible experience (with James the worker that walid took over for) hung up on me and then was quiet rude once we arrived. We were going to leave and find another hotel, but then I saw they did a shift change so I went in to talk to walid. Because of him he made the experience great for me and my family. After 10+ hours of driving and no hope of getting a hotel if it wasn’t for him we would’ve slept in our car. I 100% recommended everyone staying at this hotel if you’re traveling through Oklahoma City.

My family and I LOVE this hotel! They are located fairly close to many diners, fast food places, and gas stations. Awesome staff who make everything very delightful and easy!

Absolutely wonderful stay, clean, the outdoor hot tub was great with cool air, pool was cold which was nice for ice swim, check ahead if heated I’m sure they will turn on. Gym was good size as well right next to pool and laundry so nice to do all those at once, restaurant and bar is fresh and huge huge shout out to staff especially front desk Mrs. Erica and the gentlemen working night of 4th my flight was changed after I checked out and I just called and he kept me in the same room allowing me not to wait till check in time true embodiments of genuinely compassion and professionalism. Thank you!
