I’m 47, almost 48. I’m on SSD. Do you allow residents younger than 55 in your community? I noticed you don’t allow pets, but would you allow a Certified Service Animal? He’s small & strictly an indoor dog.

What kind of documentation is needed from my Dr & Vet about my service animal?

Our community allows a percentage of residents to be under 55 but they must be 45. Pets are not allowed. Service animals are. Documentation is required, from your Dr and your vet. These are sent to our attorneys
