You purchase a mobile home. And pay lot rent which is $310 but will be going up to $330 on January 1st. The manager has gotten rid of the druggies and dealers and there's a playground and pond with turtles and shuffleboard. Since the manager cleaned up the park there's many homes for sale for cheap. And they're filling up. It's like $35 for a background check and if your honest and don't have evictions in the past 7 years she's very fair.
All I can add is try management, sometime during the day.good luck tammy

Not supposed to have any dog unless it is a service dog. People sneak them onto property cos management doesn't live in park. If you have them pick up their poop. Gross people let their dogs poop anywhere and don't clean up.
They don't rent the trailers anymore. You have to buy the trailer and register with the office. Read over the lease agreement very carefully and have a back up plan just in case. BUYER BEWARE! The lot rent is super cheap and although the trailers are a little on the older side most of them are actually in pretty good shape. It's the neighborhood that's the problem. Management can be reasonable under the right circumstances. Check with the office for further details.
Mgmt wants only trailer owners to live there. Renters tend to let the property decay
370 + 60ish for water and 18 for something else. There are some 3 bedroom ones not sure if any are for sale. Have to buy the trailer

No, all these trailers are owned by the residence but they used to rent them back in the day

Yes iI think so. If you drive by the phone NO. Is on a sign Now about drugs the owner fired the manager and it is cleaned up a lot. Like anywhere you see drugs nowadays. Check with the manager
