Very bad attention they never answer the phone to give you an appointment you arrive walking and it takes you 2 to 3 hours in the waiting room and the nurses 😏 very terrible YEARS AGO IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST CLINICS NOW I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT 😔

DR KANDOTH YOUR TEAM IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT DESK DOESN'T EVEN ANSWER YOUR CALL. YOUR IMMEDIATELY PUT ON HOLD. GOING ON 45 MINUTES NOW. AS A PATIENT FOR 5 YEARS I AM FINALLY MOVING TO A DIFFERENT PROVIDER. BEING THAT I PAY A COPAY I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly don't know why people complain so much about this place...it isn't TOP NOTCH but it's pretty good. The TV at the reception could better or kept at a lower volume...AC in there is also SUPER COLD....if your kid has a cold or a flu, you don't want to stay at the reception very long. All personel are really gentle. Guess they will only give you attitude if you are rude with them for some reason...in that case you kinda deserve it.

If you refer to the end of the year schedule (which changes where you want to go) you can see that on December 31 they close at 5PM. So if you arrive 30 mid before closing time, it is most likely that you will not be treated unless it is an emergency (a cough, a congestion. Or bushy nose are not emergencies among many others) with respect to reception if It's true what he usually says.
