This place I’ve been coming to off n on since 2012 and their service has always been efficient and sufficient. They’re kind, and understanding. And VERY clean even before the pandemic. They have always been pocket friendly, and one of the few places that have not drastically gone up in price in the name of Covid. I support this business!

I been coming to this business for about 7 years, even though is a clean place and I had better experiences before, today wasn't the day. After waiting to get my pedicure, I finally got it done. I usually don't ask about prices because I understand in any place they will charge you a good amount of money because everything is so expensive, but I been realizing lately that every time I go there I get done the same thing and is always a different price, so I didn't hesitate to ask for price details when I did that the lady started raising her voice she was very rude changing the story of the price 3 times and basically screaming at me. to top it up she asked me to come back later to do my manicure so I had to come back an hour later to do my manicure. When I came back for my manicure I got a rude bad attitude lady that wanted to leave the glitter on my nails without coating and told me before she even apply nail polish, that I couldn't get fake nail anymore, then I said my nail was still wet and wanted me to leave saying that my nail was ok when it was clearly still wet. I understand is busy and people is tired of working but I don't like to be yell at and be treated rude, I think after so many years I am cutting the ties and going somewhere else.

Horrible experience! I was there on a Tuesday for a gel manicure the next day one nail was peeling off. I called to tell them and they didn’t even want to see me on the same day to fix it. I had to go the next day “when was convenient for them” as they told me on the phone. Went back on Thursday had to wait 20 minutes before someone helped me, they “fixed” my gel manicure and by Saturday evening all gelo polish peeled off except for 3 fingers as shown in the photo. I called AGAIN and they told me they can’t fix it until TUESDAY!!!! I’m never going back there and I want a refund. Horrible horrible job and no customer service at all!
