I have been a resident here for the past five months. I am so glad I found this place! The rates are very reasonable. The people are really friendly. The park is always quiet and has lots of shade. It's also pet friendly. The location is good too. Donna has been super to deal with also.

Daylin, the office manager was a breath of fresh air. He promptly returns calls, is very informative, and is super accommodating/sensitive to a person's needs. We are super happy that we stumbled onto this charming, quiet, quaint mobile home and RV park. It has the "old southern" Florida vibe and is affordable yet just on the outskirts of beach life paradise.

Hi Pamela! Thanks for your inquiry into West Bay Oaks. We do not have any homes available. All of the homes in our Park are privately owned. However, I believe there are one or two up for sale. If you will go by the Park, the manager, Donna will be happy to assist you with that information.
Hi Lynn! Thanks for your inquiry! West Bay Oaks is a 55+ park and unfortunately no one under the age of 55 is permitted to live in the Park at this time.
A friend just moved in there with a camper trailer. He said it's $675 a month which includes electricity, water and sewage. He signed a one year lease agreement.

Yes the rent is different than Ford Travelers passing through short-term the Run for the residence permanent ones is 420 a month it's probably a couple hundred more for people that are traveling I don't know you better off to call the office and ask for Donna she's the manager very nice lady Park is very clean and safe and nice really no problems and it's not your cookie cutter Park is 40 or 50 years old so trailers are placed in a lot of different ways you would as opposed to the cookie cutter all the trailers in a row normal trailer park
