I’ve lived here nine years can’t go to the pool because people are up there smoking and drinking that’s supposed to be no drinking and you’re only supposed to be smoking in a certain area only park in Florida that let your smoke and drink and manger doesn’t give a s#%+

This place is getting worse by day; if I could afford it I will move right away! The neighbors are noisy; it’s not even 40+ anymore, even if the management said that it is; they are people who live with their adult kids and grandkids; some people have their dogs with no leash, some others play loud music at 2 or 3 in the morning; the manager only said that they are going to investigate, or they tell you: “call the police”. Some random people walking at anytime that they don’t live in the park, the police is here day and night; so I don’t recommend this place at all, it’s a really bad place to live now.

Nice little mobile home park. There were 4 geese!

Outrageous lot fee's of $850's and up! and the fee's go up every year! $850's lot fees for a tin can No thank you! and they claim to be a 5***** park? Yeah Right! Far from that! So many restrictions with sidewalk parking and having No place to park if you own 2 vehicle's, random people walking around at all hours. People that don't pick up after their Dogs.

Yes homes for sale in this 55+ community. Lot rent is a little over $700. It includes lawn care, water, sewer and trash. They have a pool, small hot tub, covered shuffle board court, club house, small work out room with older equipment, a large pond with fish, up to 2 dogs allowed (there are breed and weight restrictions) and up to 2 cats are allowed.
Supposed to be 20lbs and under. However if your dog is an emotional support animal, it could be a grizzly bear!
Yes there is trailers for sale and lot rent is 715.00 to 815.00
I'm confused by your question.
670/mo and It includes water, sewer, trash, pest control (outside), and landscaping. Also amenities like pool and hot tub. Hope that helps.
No
Yes. Ive seen much larger dogs. Most people use the "comfort companion" certification to sidestep the weight restrictions.

You have to be 45 or older and can't have any children living with you. They will do a background check and credit check too. Lot rent is over $800 and increases $30-$40 annually. Hope this information was helpful.
Only a little
It really a private question check with office or on that club house walls some people sub lease to people who want to visit,it just depends on the park rules.Good Luck
Unfortunately, William is wrong. I'm in a single wide.. Not on a corner... Not near the water and only looking at other mobile homes. Paying almost $800. Nice try though William and James
It is a 55+ park, but 20% can be 45 plus. No kids and one dog under 20 pounds.
Many different rents. Lakefront, lake view, corner lot, single/double. Currently my rent+ tax is $730
Sorry that you had that experience. Most of the residents are mindful courtious people. Hope this does not happen to you again. But be cautious...this is a 55 plus community.
A few homes are listed with realtor, but most are personal sale. We're currently rehabbing a double wide that will be for sale in the next month.
700 a month
It is a 55+ community. However, if you are over 40, have no (young)children, good credit, and a clean background, you will be considered. They have to make 20% of the units available to people who fall into that category. From what I understand, that is Florida law.
Sooo.....what was the question?
They owned the dump behind me until last year, thank God, when they sold it. I THINK they sold it. Hard to tell cuz the wife is the only one I've met so far, and she speaks NO English! I knew the past two renters before the Hispanic woman. One was running a grooming a business out of her home! Both if them were paying less rent than I was!!! And you figure their rent included A HOUSE!!! I was paying more for just a postage stamp of a lot. So the last two renters told me they were paying $600 & $650 respectively. We have a new mgr that I have not met yet. In the past, I know they have not maintained their properties well at all but never hesitated to tell all the rest of us what to do. I can't even count how many mgrs we've had since I've been here!
Hardly touched.
