The Marriott brand does not disappoint this time around. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Lancaster East at the Outlets is a newer hotel and has a great location. The staff was absolutely delightful to interact with. Big shoutout to Cherie who ensured all of my families concerns were addressed and made the stay great. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure the rooms were all on the same floor and close together. We had 4 rooms total and not a single person had a complaint. All great things. They have a great breakfast. Large rooms. Clean!!!! Pool. Clean!!!! The three queen suites were very spacious. Even the regular two queen room was great. Highly recommend if you are traveling to the Lancaster area. Again - big thanks to Cherie for making the stay amazing. 5 stars!!!!

Perfect location! In town for concert at nearby venue. Property is also walking distance to outlet mall and local amusement park. Desk staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms clean and attractive but ac was a bit wonky. Did upgrade to mini suite. Nice to have comfortable area for tv viewing separate from sleeping. Did a nice job with hot breakfast adhering to enhance safety protocols. Loved the tiny frittatas!!! Would definitely return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ YES !! FIVE STARS... Excellent overall experience. Service, check-in, food, staff. Daidy (front desk) was exceptional, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Lisa (Mgr) was awesome and took care of our reservation and made sure we had adjoining rooms, prepared for our stay. Thank you guys, you made my family feel like they were part of your own family. Far more than just a hotel stay. Not one thing wrong, 110% POSITIVE EXPERIENCE...

Positive: Great room, comfortable and convenient. Very clean Friendly staff Negative: It was helpful for us for the breakfast sandwich to go, but it definitely was not a hot buffet.

Sorry for the late response. Our public bathrooms are private and they are cleaned on a daily basis.
We are an array of options for this! Our front desk staff are well trained in giving you the best option in the local area!
We do not have a bar/lounge. We do have a lobby that is open and can be used to sit and have a drink. We have multiple spirit stores around us! Just a short drive away!
I don't believe so. I did not see any information about a shuttle, but it is literally across the street.
Even if you don't call, perhaps you forget about it, you can call after the fact but at that point you would want to talk to the auditor/accounting manager, to explain your circumstances. Being nice is always key, usually very helpful. I am lifetime platinum elite with Marriott. Safe travels
