Very disappointed at the price I paid for the quality of the room. I was charged almost $100 more for the second night. Something I’ve never experienced before in any of my hotel reservations. When I called to inquire about the rate, the answer was simply it was my fault for not looking at the reservation confirmation more carefully. No breakfast included, not even a bottle of water inside the fridge. They said It is only given to a Hilton Honors member which in fact, I am… I guess there is no advantages to be a member.

It was clean but that is where my praise ends. No breakfast, miss organization of staff, poorly designed bathrooms, and bad reservation management. I feel these issues will be fixed with better general management. Much better places to stay in Lancaster

Great location, lovely hotel, comfy beds, love the king rooms with the balcony and view of the courtyard!. Only downside was that breakfast is only available Monday to Friday at the restaurant. Saturday and Sunday are to go bags with a yogurt, granola bar and banana. Didn't use the pool or fitness center, but they looked nice! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Ants around the hot tub! Hairs stuck to the door frame, walls, and ceiling of the bathroom. Reserved for two nights. Immediately after hot tub and shower I informed desk that I would be leaving after one night. They only charged half price for my one night, but, that is beside the point. YUK!
