One of the nicer places I've seen in that price range with a decent breakfast although nobody serves the Belgian waffle anymore so you can't float them on that God Express friendly polite staff the photo I've added is the rear of the building where you can smoke since I'm a medical cannabis patient still need to go outside

The rooms are really nice and spacious. Love the color coordinates and decor. The ladies that checked me in, were very funny and friendly. I rated it a 4 star due to me being there for 3 days. No one ever came to my room to clean it. Nor change my bed spread, sheets, and pillow cases. I had to get my own towels from the custodian. I'm not sure if that's the new norm due to covid-19. Overall good hotel, with lots of walking distance amenities.

This location was a budget friendly, convenient location while in town for a family event. We stayed in the king suite with the bedroom separated by a wall from the living area. The bathroom sink area is very small, but separated from the toilet/shower. Our shower wasn’t working properly, but when we reported it to the front desk, it was repaired that day. There was no coffee table in the living space that was there on another visit. The carpet needs a deep cleaning, and there is no freezer compartment in the small refrigerator. The AC unit is quite loud. The outdoor pool area is nicely kept with plenty of lounge chairs and towels. Breakfast is grab and go, but at least there was something: the upscale Marriott on Penn Square offers nothing on weekdays! Parking is plentiful and free.
