Positive: They had coffee. Negative: Almost everything. It is old and dirty. Kids running up and down the halls and slaming doors. The whole motel needs upgraded. Even the towels were stained. We were very disappointed. Will not stay there again.

Positive: The location was great, and the staff were wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. Everything was very clean. The grounds were well kept, and overall we enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel very much. Negative: There were holes in walls of the sleeping area and in the bathroom. The mattresses left a lot to be desired, it felt like sleeping on a concrete slab.

I stayed here because of a last minute trip to Lancaster. It was one of the few hotels available. Anyway, this place was just gross. There were flys all over our bedroom walls. The bed sheets were stained. There were hairs on the walls of the bathroom. Every morning, the water would run brown in the shower. The paint was peeling back on the walls. We realized when we woke up that the chain lock was missing from the door. I’d never stay here again.

Went here for a tournament and I couldn’t have been any happier. The front desk workers were very kind and extremely helpful. The room we stayed in was clean and organized, it also had a ac in it which was nice. The location was great for food nearby. 10/10 recommend.
