My review as a monthly allergy shot patient: I've been coming here for about two years now, at the new shot clinic(381 Flatbush Ave) and when shots were next door to the main office (60 plaza St E). You'll first meet with Dr Cascya who knows her stuff very well. The new shot clinic is nice and spacious, with lots of seating. There is a restroom here if you need it. They were able to transfer my shot vials from my old clinic and made the process seamless. No issues in administering the shots, the nurses are good at making it painless as possible. Masks are still required as of Oct 2022. Once you sign in, they call your name and administer the shots, and require you to wait 30 mins (not so heavily enforced). Taking off one star because of (some) front desk staff at the shot clinic. In my two years, half the time you approach the front to book your next shot appointment, and they don't acknowledge you or just have an attitude. They've since moved to email system which is easier. The other staff are definitely nicer though and they are getting better. But some staff definitely need some customer interaction training.

Hi Lisa. Typically you do not need a referral for allergy testing but some insurances do require a referral to be seen by a specialist. Please contact our office for more information.
