Ridiculous I just call to make my granddaughter an appointment and her Doctor is no longer at facility and they have 1 doctor only on the premises and not receiving anymore patients smh and want to send her to another facility and can not make an appointment because she has a stye on her eye and is considered sick and I can not request date that I’m off or available but have to call back on the day I can take her to get an appointment for that day or the next day, how ridiculous is that, no at end of call to conduct survey, no thank you, I’m not satisfied nothing else to say!!!!

Dr Ponejil Talus in my opinion is the coldest and not patient friendly doctor i have ever met. She have no patience for her patients. She doesn't listen and she is always brushing a patient off. I have never seen a doctor like her and I will not even recommend a dog to her. Do not choose her as your doctor. She is stoic and acts like a robot. No compassion at all. I would definitely not recommend her to anyone.

I went for a physical for my daughter and the nurse call me to get to a room, the room was dirty, no paper on the bed the table were also dirty. I asked to be move to another room and I was moved to another clean room but they let me on the room for more than 30 minutes with my daughter undressed waiting for the doctor and when I asked when the doctor was going to see her the nurse told me when she finished with the other patients I said ok. I waited and 10 minutes later I asked again and the nurse told me you can wait or you can reschedule I was so upset that I told my daughter to get dressed and we left. The nurse was very unprofessional and disrespectful at same time.

Yes, and they have several locations. Ask your primary physician as the primary physician has to enter the lab work to be ordered on your behalf. The order is placed in the database when you call the lab they have the information and they (the lab) will schedule your appointment.The lab will not know what test you need ran without the physicians order. I recently had to do this during my annual which was via telehealth video call. I had to go to 1250 Waters Place at the Metro Hutchinson Center to get my annual blood work - HDL, LDL, WBC etc..the fun stuff. I hope this helped.
