This building was sold to A&E Real Estate a week before I moved out and the new management is very unorganized. I am glad I got out when I did as I would not want to rent from this new company. Just in one week they broke multiple renter’s rights! The old building owner’s had their problems but at least they got things done and were able to be reached. Good luck trying to get a hold of the new management.

The management recently changed for the Worst. The new management A&E Real Estate Management is doing a terrible job in managing this building. They are totally unresponsive in answering emails. phone calls regarding repairs and rent payment. and other issues. They have no online portal for residents., no information how to pay rent directly from bank. They only provided a PO Box number to send checks. Looking to get out of here as soon as my lease expires.

It’s OK for corporate housing, but not a good place to live. A lot of instability in the building and management doesn’t respond when repairs are needed. Elevators are often out. Riverside park is nice but you have the roar of Westside Highway, can be heard from apartments. There are much nicer places in Lincoln Square.
