They put an old number you call and they never answer. They say they will send you a passport, I'm sitting at home waiting for the passport but I'll never get it because it's extremely urgent, even in a month until I get it.

I went to the embassy very recently. They did an excellent job. Beginning to end. Once you have all the required documentation, your appointment moves very quickly. Good luck!

Worst place ever.. You guys better fight for the 20dollars they make pay for delivery, it's a pure scam. They will litterally tell you all kind of story. They told me that they couldn't find my adress,then they said there was nobody home (i had online class, so I was home everyday with a newborn). I had to go pickup my passport after 6months and it was right there in the office.
I was so mad and so furious that they had to give me my 20dollars back. So, if you really have no choice and goes there don't fall for their story, cause they are good liars. Claim back your money.
I went there last month because I needed an urgent passport. They made me pay $123 for the urgent one and I got it in 2 or 3 weeks. But they regular one is $85-$90.

Yes you can I had the same issue I just go and there's a line outside but I did it 2 weeks ago they won't answer the phone. But always make sure online they say they're open.

These people will never change their names because as they are in Haiti they are the same as they are here, I think they use this phone only for personal matters but never answer it when people call, I just rested my passport Tuesday which was the first this month they metem just November 3 and took big $ 20 for the mail he sent me, yet some people dim so they have their passports for 3 months they can never get it. yo
