I'm only giving the one star because they did provide good service from the hospital to the facility. BUT... they claim to offer transportation to doctor appointments, they went through the whole spiel about who is paying, what addresses were involved, only to then advise that they do not provide that service, which the website clearly states it is one of their services. The website is misleading and was a complete waste of time.

Always crowded and urgent needs are put to wait with not so urgent patients. Wait time is unbearable and I suggest calling member services to speed up the process while waiting!!

I had a great experience here. The staff were very helpful and the departments seemed well coordinated. I went in to get my wrist xrayed suspecting a fracture. I was done with imaging and able to consult a doctor in just under an hour. My expectations were greatly exceeded.

Went here today for a physical therapy appointment, very cool, smart doctor... James was his name, very knowledgeable with how he came about to diagnose where my pain was coming from, showed me detailed instructions on at home workouts, explained slowly so I could understand..... Just all around great information how to start some "weekly maintenance" for my bodies mussels, & avoid this pain. Thank you Kaiser for having such understanding & patient staff!

It depends on your current medical issue. We took our son and he did receive a MRI.
Look up Facility Director, on their website.
Call the hospital operator. They can tell you the name and room number
Usually Until 9pm at most Kaiser labs, but at some until 10pm. You can always call the hospital and ask.
Any Kaiser clinic
MOB2 (MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING) is the hospital, and yes it has 5 floors plus a lower level were the cafeteria is as well as the dead bodies... Does not make any sense to me why those two are so close... Also if u hear (code blue) which occurs often... It means someone just died
