NO AND MORE NO! i was a customer there for years. i should have left a long time ago!! NO ONE should wait an hour and a half for an appointment made a month prior! NO ONE should show up for a long awaited appointment only to hear there was an 'emergency'. NO ONE should show up TWO weeks later, only to hear the SAME thing. Sally, the 'customer' service person is wonderful, although NO ONE ever called me. (weeks later, once I found a new doctor someone did, but by then it was way too late) parking is impossible the staff in the back appears indifferent after complaining. if the doctor 'takes his time with patients' then they should schedule him properly. i suggest since we are in pain and seek help we don't have too many choices or the time it takes to find another doctor in our health care system. and they know it...POST SCRIPT: sadly no one EVER called. their canned response is very nice, but i still wait...

The office is the worst have a fractured ankle I went today at 2pm left the office at 5 pm and they never sent in my prescription I am in extreme pain and every time you try and call you are calling a service center not even the doctors office these doctors should all be placed in jail for neglecting patients i will show up once they are open and give them complete havoc

Worst experience ever! I was about 10 minutes late for my two appointments (same day, back to back) and they canceled both of them because of that. Front desk receptionist couldn't even find me in the system because the appointments were cancelled. He had to go into a different office to check why. Extremely unprofessional and waste of time.
