If I could give no stars I would. My grandma sat in her bodily fluids for 5 to 6 hours with her light on on multiple occurrences and one helped her. Two nurses have yelled and said vulgar things to her. And last but not least the maintained man Ray. was very inappropriate with her. Then when he was caught blamed her. They made my grandma sign a paper saying she started it. My grandma had no clue what she was signing. And this man still works there. They treat there patients horrible. Now there are a few good people but the nurses need help. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE PLS.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Completely negligent. Staff did not assist in daily functions. My mother's Help Light was broken and nothing was done to fix it. When she called for help, no one came. Food was discusting as well. Please do not go here, if possible.

I just wanted to share that I think the receptionist there is one of the friendliest people I have had the honor of speaking with. Kimberly is always so warm and friendly and she greets each person with enthusiasm. I really think she has got the corner marketed on customer service. You've definitely hit gold with that one CUNR :-)
