My daughter Naja purchased a car with cash from Alberto. An agreement was made during the purchase for a replacement on the stereo due to it not working at all. The purchase was made during August and as of this date the dealership has not delivered on there promise. The problem is not only not following through but she has been making calls and has been put off stating that the part has not arrived. A stereo whether original or aftermarket is a simple fix for a dealership. I understand supply chain delays and part shortages, but communication to my daughter/customer without a resolute answer is a problem for me as a father. This prevents the hands free use of her phone and stereo and causes possible danger while driving long distances as she is away in your city finishing college. Fix This ASAP please.

Our salesman Steve Cambell was awesome. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. When our new car arrived he sat down with us in the vehicle and spent over an hour explaining the different systems. Steve told us to call anytime with questions about how to operate all of the new technologies. Very helpful and knowledgeable
