They do not answer their phone. I spent three different occasions waiting for someone to answer the phone. Way too much effort. I will be getting my mammogram from someone else after doing business with Bay Ridge since the 1990s. Sad!

I visited this place recently, they made everyone wear a mask. Meanwhile, the bathroom is disgusting dirty. The changing rooms had piles of other people's gowns. You seem to want to protect from viruses but what about cleanliness overall in your facility. Really hypocritical.

This facility certainly has lived down to its poor reputation based on these prior reviews. I was the escort for a disabled person who lives far from the community where this facility is located. Despite multiple phone calls from them to confirm our appointment for three different tests, the people who work here did not extend us the common courtesy of notifying the patient that the diagnostic machine for the most important test was out of order on the day of the appointment. Furthermore, a receptionist refused a request to provide a copy of the completed test reports despite being offered a self-addressed stamped envelope. I guess it was too much trouble for her to do her job and provide a simple accommodation for a patient. The only good thing to relate about this experience was that the technician "Kathy" was professional and courteous. Finally, the fact that the management of this facility has chosen not to respond to any of these glaringly negative reviews should tell you everything you need to know about this place!

My mother is literally sitting waiting in EXCRUCIATING PAIN in an empty waiting area for 2 hours and everyone that walks in is being called in with 3 Technicians in the back and One of them says to her they have to call everyone in who has an appointment first because she is considered a walk in no honey sorry my mother made a same day APPOINTMENT! NOT A WALK IN! Have to say this place and the service is beyond DISGUSTING! WILL DEFINITELY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THIS GETS ADDRESSED.!! PROMISE!
