The doctor I saw was good. However the front desk was terrible. I am trans and the front desk refused to use my preferred name and insisted on using my legal name. When I used my preferred name the second time, the front desk woman literally said "that's not your name, you did it again". Very unprofessional and I would recommend any trans people to stay away from this place.

The appointment time doesn't mean anything. They make us sit for 30 mins every time doing nothing. Also they did absolutely nothing. Just kept saying that we need to see like five different specialists and charged us 200$ for that. They did not even tell us how much the copay is going to be in advance. Even after the visit they said nothing. Just got a surprise bill in the mail. People who are giving good reviews have really low expectations I guess.

Honestly speaking, I haven’t got chance to see the doctor it stated however I have came across my PA GARCIA! She does the same level of care that a doctor would do! Truly by my experience, I just met her in August 2020 and she is amazing. So many suggestion, care plans and listen you as a friend. It’s so hard to find Medical professional who will take you as human than paper. I am social worker and I am fully aware how interactions are must when connecting with anyone who is helping you any sort of ways! I came to show my appreciation for GYN PA Garcia ♥️

If I could give this office/practice less than one star I would. AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE. PATIENT CARE IS NOT A PRIORITY. PRESCRIPTIONS ARE NOT A PRIORITY. In March I had requested a change in birth control, and signed paperwork requesting the Implant. I was initially told that it would take a few days for the speciality pharmacy to reach out and confirm, after 3 weeks I was told that that it actually takes a few weeks after calling the offices multiples times/being transferred/hung up on/never picked up. Over this time, I lose insurance due to COVID, but manage to remain on my regular BC during quarantine. On August 24, I received a call from the speciality pharmacy that my Implant prescription was received but they’re calling due to insurance lapse issues. When I told them I had applied for the implant while I was insured in March- they were shocked. They received my prescription on August 20th, 6 months after I filed it. After another week of trying to get someone on the phone, the lady who handles IUD/NEXAPLON simply says I’m sorry and asks how she can rectify the situation. I ask for my regular BC prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. She said ok, and she’ll call me at 5pm. Still waiting for her call, 2 weeks later. I call again and speak to someone in Manhattan location, they said they apologize, they’ll have my prescription sent to my pharmacy. Called my pharmacy today. Still not prescription. This is borderline patient negligence, don’t visit this office if you value your time or your health. This practice should be reported to the medical board for patient neglect.

Hi Fay. Yes we accept insurance. Please call to make an appointment (212) 991-9991
I'm not sure however, they do have several different doctors in this 1 building spread on several floors.
