Great service. I have taken my kids for Covid PCR tests and the techs treat them with patience (the nose swab is always uncomfortable!). They appreciate the lollipop at the end of the exam :)

Yes, they do the rapid test. You can also buy a home test kit for yourself from a pharmacy like Duane Reade.
Usually next day, i am told. But my test result is awaited after 3+ days. They may be short staffed due to the Christmas weekend. Let's hope I get the result in 4 days time.

Not sure. But a simple way may be to book a fresh appointment, and call or email them that you will not be attending the earlier appointment.
With a printout of their negative result of an RT-PCR test for Covid-19, you can travel to many countries that require it. Their assurance of a result within 24 hours makes travel tension free.
