Pleasant visit. Covid protocols in place and I felt safe during the visit. Was seen on time and the staff was pleasant and efficient.

Expect: waiting at least one hour even with appointment and no clarity with the service. Also, even if they only ask you to sign a consent, I recommend you always read it. In the first contact I explained I have spider vein so it would be cosmetic treatment. They booked me on Monday and feel hours prior to the appointment I was told they don’t accept self pay since I don’t have insurance. I called to the appointment service again which was surprise with it and they booked me with the doctor on Friday and when I got there I was told that doctor doesn’t treat spider vein and I have to book with Dr. Haley. I should have stopped here and go somewhere else, but I contacted them again and booked with Dr. Haley. Appointment seems fast and first thing he said was to do surgery and when I asked how much, he didn’t tell me and said that the injections treatment would work. I workout with PT every day so I was concerning about the pos treatment and he told be it would be only 24 hours resting and I would be fine to work out after that. I booked the appointment for the injections and after waiting 1 hours they put me in the room for more 30 minutes, after someone talk to me 2-3 minutes, they left me in the room again. Then, they was asking for my insurance to do another treatment. I said I was there for the injections which I left the groupon (recommended by them) in the reception, so why they are telling me about other treatment. They said I was booked for other treatment and left me again in the room. The nurse came back with a consent and just showed me the page to sign. I asked to read and have the opposite instructions for post treatment. I have to resting 15 days. Why the doctor told me something else? If I followed what he said and happen something, it would be my problem because I signed a consent with different instruction. I didn’t feel comfortable and safe to do anything with someone in this clinic, so I decide to leave after 2 hours. My 1 star is for the overall service.

The plan for vein disease will be catered to the individual patient. USA Vein Clinics pride themselves on having doctors that take the time to thoroughly evaluate your veins using ultrasound to determine unhealthy veins. Based on this assessment, you will be presented with a treatment plan that can include various treatment options.
There are multiple treatments for varicose veins. Depending on the severity of your condition, a vein specialist will recommend the best treatment for you, which could range from conservative treatment with compression stockings to non-surgical procedures such as radiofrequency ablation.
Since varicose veins can indicate a more serious underlying issue, you should not leave varicose veins untreated. If you experience the painful symptoms of varicose veins, you should speak with a vein specialist near you to evaluate your condition and to recommend the best course of treatment.
You can easily make an appointment using our online scheduling tool, or you can call us to schedule with our team.
