Do not live here if you are looking for a smoke free community or luxury community, cigarettes all throughout the dog area, people smoking all around complex and balcony’s so your apartment will smell like smoke too. Office and management never respond to complaints or fix any problems, and are impossible to get in touch with. They are constantly losing our packages that get delivered. The one thing that I’ve never had a problem with is the maintenance staff, they are wonderful and very helpful. I’ve lived here for five years and everything else has gone downhill, if you are looking for a luxury apartment I suggest looking elsewhere.

The fact I could hear the sound of my neighbor’s phone ring below me and even the sound when they open/closed their shower curtain indicates the building is poorly insulated. Management did not do anything to alleviate the structural problem (though they did send emails and post letters reminding everyone about quiet hours several times which was worse than a college dorm living experience!) so take this as a warning! Noise from the HVAC unit outside the bedroom window (the setup for every apartment) caused my anxiety to go up while living at MVC. The design and age of the buildings are not conducive to luxury or peaceful living. Staff are welcoming and professional and the grounds are well maintained -yes, but the day-to-day noise issues really put a damper on my experience living at MVC.

You can, it's about a 10-15 minute walk to either mountain view or Wayne rt 23 station. However, the sidewalk is a problem as they are limited and would have to walk in grass for portions of the walk.
There are small guest parking lots for each building. No street parking. The garage is only for residents. There isn't much in walking distance for parking except the small parking lots next to the buildings.
Probably not- they aren’t very accepting of large dogs. We face a ton of issues with our lab mix here just because she’s bigger than other residents’ animals. The dog “run” is misleading. It is used for people to walk their dogs on leashes- not for actual play. I do not recommend this place, for people or dogs.
