Insurance fraudsters suspected- They billed for a medical procedure that I did not have done and even falsified my medical records to include details about the procedure. Also, when i didn't pay my bill, they immediately sent it to collections and didn't even send a second notice.

This franchise is under investigation for ridiculous overcharges . Read all the one star reviews for overcharges . I was charged $500 for a 5 minute visit . Ignore the 4 star reviews they are planted mostly from out of state. If you have been taken advantage from the Franchise report them to your insurance company or the State

I am Omer, I went to this office. I asked for the price of the appointment countless times but they refused to tell me, I had to do this test so I went with it anyway. When I later received the bill, I found that they charged 3 times the market’s average price. I advise anyone going there to ask for the price as many times as it takes to get it before their appointment.

My Dad had an appointment at 1:45 pm. My parents show up at 1:15. It’s 330 and he just got called in. If you like to go to the doctors office and wait forever then this is the place for you. The lady at the front desk says the doctor is behind. And if you look on google it says they are not too busy right now. I think it’s poor scheduling and time management. Shame on you and your office for making senior citizens wait like this.
