Horrible!!!! The worst part is that the horrific experiences are reserved for my family members. I never have bad experiences here but when I escort my family members here, I watch in horror as they get treated like dirt. Ignored for other patients, nurses gossiping and cackling instead of taking care of sick patients, clerical understaffing, spaced out doctors (yes they're possibly high) you name it, it is horrible here. The city needs to do something about these horrific city hospitals and clinics that are funded by tax payers but benefit no one except the fat cat higher-ups. Cumberland Clinic & Diagnostic center is the devil's waiting room. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You've been WARNED.

Fast and friendly Covid booster experience. However, they did not input the record of this shot in the state database, so it’s not appearing on the excelsior app. Their medical records receptionist was rude and completely unhelpful. Wish I had gone elsewhere.

I came here last week the front desk clerks for debtal apartment are ok… very slow moving but cool , The Dental Assistants that work in the back to hispanic women pick and choose who they want to bring back for the dentist to see … Rolled her eyes 3 times and picked every one of her people ans had me waiting for hours very distasteful , They sre taking the forms and playing favoritism when people are in pain she is the spanish one. that has glasses and burgundy hair
