My appointment today was 10.36 am, I arrived at 10.24 am. I faintly heard my name called from the inside. When I enquired if my name was called I received no response. About 11.02 am, I received a call from the corporate office questioning me about my failure to keep my appointment. I explained that I am seated in the office, and eventually saw Dr. Smith at approximately 12.30. Reason computer not working and insufficient rooms available. Very disappointed. Front desk staff is very pleasant.
