We are having a HORRIBLE time with the receptionist, she’s been very rude to my wife at nearly every visit. I will be in attendance at the very next OB/GYN and if I don’t like what I see, we will be changing hospitals. There’s no reason for professionals to be rude in a health care facility, especially one focusing on both women’s and prenatal health.

I was suffering from severe preeclampsia and one of the OB/GYN that saw me said that I was fine while i was showing her how swollen i was, i used to wonder why i was bigger than other pregnant women and felt bad?!?. And then I gave birth to a premature baby. I then came back here for my daughter appointment’s, they are constantly changing her doctor now, and at her recent appointment they tried to draw blood twice, my daughter was crying hysterically like never before and they where moving the needle around inside her arm, they couldn’t get the blood they needed and when taking the needle out a lot of blood came out and the chair we were on got blood on it as well, they wanted to try again and i refused! She now has a bruise on her arm.

Pediatrician, Dr. Roseanne Neglio is amazing. She's hands-on, respectful and an overall excellent pediatrician. The nurses are very good. The front-office staff makes the check-in and check-out process straightforward, however, it would be nice if I could book an appointment upon checking out. Often, the calendar isn't open for dates several weeks ahead. Generally, positive experience.

Welcome to the club....u r not alone.... I was there on Wednesday...spoke to two workers about the inefficiency I see happening.... Here's what I was told.... The clinics don't answer outside calls for appointments anymore....all calls for appointments an others go to a call center... .so my guess is they answer when they feel ...put u on hold ...or hang up on u... .and I'm talking from personal experience.... I was further told to use ....my chart...to connect with yr doctor for yr needs or appointments.... Lastly.....when u get to the check in point ask for the director an make an appointment to discuss yr issues.... Person also stated that the more people use my chart the less need for these people who make u so angry with their gross level of incompetence..
