I was seen by her father Ronald--who charged exorbitant fees because he was an expert who published books on the subject of mental illness. My family went to see him because of his reputation. I hope his daughter is a better person. He ruined my life and destroyed my family. His staff (the therapist and the secretaries) were rude and obnoxious. He was negligent and a sociopathic pathological narcissist. On the surface--he put on an act like he truly cared about the mentally ill. He put me on medication that landed me in the hospital, destroyed my life, my family and he and his therapist did not care about the fact that he messed up my case. They ran his clinic off the upper east side because he was so sketchy. He experimented on his patients like they were his own personal guinea pigs. He insisted on putting me on lithium because he helped in making it (that's what he claimed anyway). When I landed in the hospital--he ghosted me because he did not want to take the blame for giving me the wrong medication. He had no sense of respect or human decency. There was an article about it in The Times. They should have taken away his license to practice. Don't bring your family here if his daughter is anything like him.
